How much does a wedding DJ in Barcelona cost?
It depends on which moments you want covered (just the party, or ceremony, cocktail hour and party), the number of hours and the equipment your venue needs. You get a fixed price with DJ, sound, lights, set-up and travel included, within 24 hours.
Can the DJ play the ceremony and cocktail music too?
Yes. We set up a small, discreet system for the ceremony and cocktail hour, with a wireless mic for readings and speeches, and a second one for the party. If the ceremony is in another part of the venue, we plan the set-up around it.
We live abroad. Can we plan the music remotely?
Absolutely. Most international couples plan with us by video call and email. We go through your timeline, key songs and do-not-play list, and coordinate directly with your venue and wedding planner in Barcelona.
How is the wedding music planned?
With a planning call a few weeks before. We go through the timeline, the entrance, first dance and cake songs, and your must-play and do-not-play lists. On the day the DJ adapts the set to the dance floor live.
How many hours does a wedding DJ play?
Usually 3 to 5 hours of party, plus the ceremony and cocktail hour if you want music for them. If the party runs over, it can be extended on the night.
What if the venue has a sound limiter?
Many country houses and hotels in Catalonia do. We speak to the venue beforehand, know its limits and set up the sound so the party feels great without tripping the limiter.
How far in advance should we book our wedding DJ?
Ideally 3 to 6 months ahead, and a little earlier for Saturdays between May and October. If your date is free, we hold it with the booking deposit.
Do you cover weddings outside Barcelona?
Yes, all over Catalonia: Maresme, Penedès, Empordà, Costa Brava, Garraf, Girona, Tarragona… Travel is included in the quote.
