A private party is not a nightclub: there are old friends, family, colleagues and people who have never met. Our DJ has been reading crowds like that for over ten years. He starts softly over dinner or drinks, builds up when it is time and saves the songs everybody sings for the right moment. Before the party we put together your must-play list and your do-not-play list, look at the space (home, garden, terrace, country house or venue) and size the sound so it is great for your guests without upsetting the neighbours. On the day we arrive before your guests, with everything set up and tested.

How much does a DJ for a private party in Barcelona cost?
It depends on three things: hours of music, the size of the space (more guests need more sound) and whether you want lights or extras. You get a fixed price with DJ, equipment, set-up and travel included, with no surprises at the end, within 24 hours.
Can you bring a DJ to a house party?
Yes, it is one of the things we do most. We size the equipment to your living room, terrace or garden and use a volume limiter when there are neighbours, so the party sounds great and doesn't end early.
How many hours of DJ do I need?
For a private party, 3 to 5 hours of music is typical. If there is dinner or drinks first, the DJ starts with background music and moves to the dance floor later. If the party runs over, hours can be added on the night.
How much space does the DJ need?
A corner of about 2 × 2 metres near the dance floor and a standard socket. For outdoor parties without power, we bring a generator.
What music does the DJ play at a private party?
Whatever your party calls for: chart hits, 80s, 90s and 2000s classics, reggaeton, house, disco, Spanish party anthems… Styles are mixed to suit the crowd, and your do-not-play list is always respected.
Do you do birthdays, anniversaries and retirement parties?
Yes: milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, farewells, end-of-year parties and summer or Christmas parties with friends. Any private party where people want to dance.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes, all over Catalonia: Maresme, Vallès, Baix Llobregat, Garraf, Penedès, Costa Brava… Travel is included in the quote.
How far in advance should I book the DJ?
For private parties we can often confirm a few weeks ahead, but Saturdays from May to October and in December go fast. Ask for your date as soon as you can: if it is free, we hold it with the booking deposit.
